Our client is a leading global insurance provider in Malaysia, seeking an Inbound Contact Center Executive to join their team.
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls.
- Deliver polite, professional, and accurate responses.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with departments to address customer concerns.
- Stay informed about products/services to ensure quality service.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably 1 year of call center/customer service experience.
- Experience in handling international calls is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Clear voice, pronunciation, and listening skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive training provided in office.
