**Hiring of Banking Customer Contact Executive in a well organized and excellent working environment contact center.**
- **Fresh Diploma / Degree are welcome to APPLY**:

- **Permanent Position with Training**:

- **30 Days Annual leave per year**
- To perform relative incoming /outgoing calls related to company products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customer.
- Provide excellent customer experience to maintain customer relationship.

**Job Requirement**:

- Good communication skills in **English&Mandarin or Cantonese.**:

- **Fresh Diploma/ Degree **Holder are encourage to apply.
- SPM Holder must possess at least **2 years contact center experience.**:

- Able to work in under rotating **shift** basic (Include weekend and public holiday)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
