**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**: Answer inquiries about accounts and banking procedures.
- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve complaints and account issues.
- **Account Management**: Assist with account maintenance and opening new accounts.
- **Technical Support**: Help customers with online banking.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of interactions.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to bank policies and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: SPM/Diploma/Degree
- **Experience**: Customer service experience
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer proficiency.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
