Chat Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our Japanese-speaking clients through chat and messaging platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat platforms.
- Provide comprehensive assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting solutions to customers in Japanese.
- Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and track and document interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments to improve products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding customer interactions and data protection.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Japanese (native-level proficiency).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate internally within the organization.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or messaging environment.
- Technical aptitude to be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to our products or services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications:

- Familiarity with CRM software or help desk systems.
- Previous experience working remotely or in a remote team environment.
- Knowledge of digital products, software, or online services.

**Salary**: RM2,121.56 - RM8,140.38 per month
