Job Title: Native Japanese Chat Support Representative

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Salary**: From 8,700 MYR per month + 1,000 MYR Complexity Allowance + 200 MYR Housing Allowance

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat in Japanese.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, billing issues, and other concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

**Requirements**:
For Degree Holders (No CS Experience):

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

For Diploma Holders (1 Year CS Experience):

- Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques.

For SPM Holders (3 Years CS Experience):

- SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a technical support role.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
