**Essential Job Functions**:

- Document, maintain and update the process and procedures.
- Prepare materials and conduct training for new hires, periodic refresher for agents.
- Engage with TDA, KMA for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Receive feedback from Agents/SME and update.
- Ensure GSD awareness and refresher training is provided to team members for in-flight projects and process changes.
- KBA Input, creation, review, approval, retirement, and periodic review
- Update / Improve KBA contents based on agreed communication with GSD / Knowledge Owner
- Direct the Knowledge Management roles and ensure compliance.
- Monitor, measure, report on process adherence and compliance.
- Receive feedback from Agents/SME and update in KM Task List tracker.
- Handle tasks in KM Task List tracker: Request KBA update / improvement from FRGSD / Knowledge Owner

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 years or above relevant experience in service delivery/IT/Customer Service-related environment
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Training/Coaching/Process improvement
- Understand MWS solution and implementation of services
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
- Added advantage: Six Sigma certifications
