**Sales and Tender Executive [Selangor]**
**Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree**

**Job location: 42000 Port Klang, Selangor**

**Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm**

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiar with Tendering Process with 1-3 years experience in a tender-oriented environment, like bid writing, procurement, project management or project coordination.
- Familiar with commercial bids / tenders in marine and oil & gas industries is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult decisions.
- Familiarity with project management.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage customer accounts
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide quotation and delivery information
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review;
- To assist in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential customers;
- To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements;
- Perform other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
