Analyze customer feedback and data to identify ways to improve our products and services

- Participate in training programs to sharpen your skills and knowledge
- Be ready to tackle any additional tasks your superiors throw your way

Education/ Requirements:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications

- Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- A passion for working with others to deliver top-notch customer service
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude with a hunger for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,050.00 per month
