職責:
- 管理辦公室的日常運作
- 組織和維護文件和記錄
- 編制每月索賠、收據、付款和日記帳分錄的資料輸入。
- 更新資訊、付款、整理費用
- 規劃和安排會議和約會
- 處理日常傳入和傳出通信,包括電子郵件和電話查詢。
- 管理多項任務並確定工作優先順序以按時完成
- 負責歸檔、記錄保存和組織文件等行政職責
- 與團隊成員和各部門合作,確保工作流程順暢和有效溝通
- 與同事和客戶互動時展現出色的人際交往能力
- 視需要提供各部門行政支援。
- 協調辦公室事件和活動以及時間表、辦公室程序和系統,確保辦公室運作順利,並促進積極和有吸引力的工作場所文化。
- 製作報告、簡報和簡報
- 其他一般管理職責,例如處理茶點、辦公室維護、採購。
- 上級不時分配的任何任務

要求:
- 主要語言:普通話和英語(寫作和溝通)
- 最好會說普通話,因為角色要求需要與來自中國的客戶聯絡
- 熟練技術技能和 Microsoft Office 應用程式
- 優秀的解決問題的能力和對細節的關注
- 時間管理技能,有效決定任務的優先順序並按時完成任務
- 了解公司提供的產品和服務
- 熟悉一般管理任務和程序
- 較強的人際溝通能力與團隊合作能力

工作時間:
週一至週五:上午 9 點至下午 6 點
