- Review draft contract during tendering stage and prepare clarification to Contract; making good records of project budget; handle legal case (if any) by liaise with Solicitors; Letters preparation upon several issues arise during project execution either to Client or Subcontractor; Make ready documents as per Contract requirement (insurance, CIDB, stamp duty); Prepare Certificate of Payment to Subcontractor and Certificate of Practical Completion to Subcontractor upon the completion of works and/or projects; negotiation skills during pre-award contract and closing account of Subcontractor.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in Contract management

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
