Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative work to ensure efficient operation of work.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operation.
- Prepare the report and submit it to PIC
- To process daily orders, prepare the invoice and related document.
- Assist superior or colleagues in ad-hoc tasks, which may be assigned from time to time.
- Organize, index and file documents and records
- Answer and handle all incoming calls in good manner.
Job Requirements
- Team work spirit
- Required Language : English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills
- Ms Office, word excel.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
