Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Canaan Communication & Technologies Sdn Bhd Full time

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with client to understand the requirements of the roles
- Maintain close contact with client to ensure they are kept up to date on progress and sourcing strategy
- Utilize existing and emerging sourcing channels, including pro-active lead generation
- Provide appropriate business reports and trends analysis as necessary
- Present company and opportunity in a professional manner
- Manage administrative requirements to fill positions, including updating applicant tracking system/, spreadsheets and completing paperwork as needed

**Requirements**:

- Recognized bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of progressive Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience.
- Full cycle recruitment experience (within an agency/search firm is preferable).
- Good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail while able to maintain a broad overview of things.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
