Corporate Event Executive

Bangsar, Malaysia Cretev Sdn Bhd Full time

**SCOPE OF WORKS**:

- **Plan event/exhibition execution **according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Produce suggestions to enhance the event’s/exhibition’s success
- **Source and negotiate with vendors **and suppliers
- Participate in **promotional activities **for the event/exhibition
- Assist in **checking of all aspects **before the day of the event/exhibition
- Support all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.) throughout the event/exhibition
- **Ensure event/exhibition **is completed smoothly and step up to **resolve any problems **that might occur
- Analyze the event’s/exhibition’s success and **prepare reports**
- Handling request for **corporate souvenir **and ensure the stock is available

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum qualification of **Degree**
- Preferably **more than 4 years **of working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to follow company policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Thorough attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,600.00 per month
