We are seeking an experienced **HR and Admin Manager** to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing both human resources and administrative functions to support our company's growth and success. - **This role will initially be remote - Once the company has been set up, we will move to office based. **_

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment - Recruit pre opening team in Malaysia. Lead the recruitment process for various positions, including developers, UI/UX designers, and other tech-related roles
- Company Permits - Manage and ensure compliance with all relevant permits and licenses required for the operation of the company. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the management team accordingly.
- Payroll - Oversee the payroll process, including processing salaries, benefits, and deductions accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax requirements related to payroll. Address any payroll-related queries or issues from employees in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. Maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure adherence by all employees. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Experience in Mobile/Web Game - Utilize your experience and understanding of the mobile/web game industry to contribute insights and ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and work permit procedures.
- Experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in the mobile/web game industry is highly desirable.

**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
