1. To coordinate the annual internal and external audit and preparation of financial statements and all other supplementary financial schedules for the audit purpose.

2. To lead and supervise subordinates on day to day accounting and finance duties for property development including data entry, posting of invoice, journal, payment entries, preparation of payment vouchers/cheques/purchase orders for the subsidiaries under WCT Land Sdn Bhd.

3. To liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretarial, tax agents and other statutory bodies/authorities.

4. Review of tax computations, submission of tax returns and liaise with tax agents and tax authorities on tax matters concerning group and subsidiaries companies.

5. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation financial and management reports to HQ.

6. Responsible to provide all aspects of accounts and finance support to the company.

7. Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.

**Requirement**
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy, preferably with professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA etc.
- Minimum of 8 years’ Accounting experience, preferably with a property development background.
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Good computer knowledge e.g Excel and IFCA is an advantage.
