**Reports To**:

- Manager, Airlines Quality & Performance Measurement

**Role Purpose**:

- To support Manager QPM and Senior Analyst / Auditor to ensure caterers are consistently comply with HALAL, Hygiene and HACCP requirement, service standards, procedures, processes as identified and mutually agreed in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

**Key Accountability**:

- Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditees processes and procedures.
- To engage with business units to investigate on breakages and follow up on business units’ action plans in resolving the issues.
- To execute the In-Flight Operation audit program to ensure compliance by service providers to MH standards and procedures.
- To conduct Halal Training and Halal Accreditation Audit for MH service providers.
- To execute ad-hoc assignment by investigating and reporting the root cause, provide recommendation and track closure from business units’ for an event affecting customer experience adversely.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in Food & Beverage, Halal Certification or any related field
- Years of Experience -& 4 years of relevant experience
- Areas of Experience -& Experience in Halal, Food & Beverages field and airline industries

- Ability to exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- Ability to interact collaboratively and with professionalism with different levels of stakeholders.
- Detail & oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and interacting professionally
- Good interpersonal skills. The ability to establish credibility, good rapport and able to work across multi divisions and key stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level
