**Job Title**:
Executive, Inflight Product - IFE

**Reports To**:
Assistant Manager, Inflight Cabin, Entertainment & Connectivity

**Role Purpose**:
With Malaysia Airlines customers in mind, he or she will assist in identifying and selecting onboard movies, television, music, games and publications but not limited to IFE only. To provide a supportive role in maintaining a systematic approach and overseeing all aspects of product development and life cycle management including understanding internal governance procedures, market demands, technology trends, industry developments and the competitive field to identify potential new product opportunities.

**Key Accountability**:

- Thoroughly understands & implements relevant governance standards across projects including tracking, monitoring and updating status of project deliverables.
- Responsibilities include the provisioning of content across multiple fleets and IFE systems, developing and testing of monthly content, performing on-going competitive analysis of other airline content offerings, entertainment trends and analysis of IFE content usage data.
- Lead or assist with the management or execution of the product development process from the concept phase to implementation and post-launch analysis phase. Ensure the accuracy of product development design, processes and activities align with company objective and goals. This is to executed with successful collaboration and buy in from all relevant Business Units.
- Coordinate and manage all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely progress on project milestones and report on progress and status of all relevant projects.
- Ensuring overall execution of tasks assigned by superior in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance to project management practices.

**Qualification & Experience**:
Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Marketing, and related fields with 0-2 experience in Project Management, Pdt Development

Diploma in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Marketing, and related fields with Hospitality, Pdt development

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Result Oriented with Proven PMO with clear understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
- Strong English proficiency - written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with varying levels of individuals throughout the organization and with multiple external suppliers.
- Resourceful, detailed minded and strong interest in the Entertainment industry and passion for delivering an industry-leading product.
- A creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

**Key Challenges**:

- Dealing with in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent tracking of the latest and upcoming trends whilst balancing cost efficiency.
- Handling multiple parties and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of product through each channel at the expected level of quality
