Corporate Secretary Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Attend to all the company secretarial matters in accordance with the Company Acts.
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory and related documents.
- Provide company secretarial services in preparation of pre
- and post
- Board of Directors’ and Board Committee meetings, Annual General Meetings and internal management meetings.
- Attend to corporate exercises, company formation, winding up, etc.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents including statutory books.
- Assist in enhancing workflows and systems of the secretarial department.
- Handle secretarial duties with minimum supervision.
- Communicate with clients on all secretarial related matters.
- Liaise and deal with SSM, LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, bankers and lawyers.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
