**Responsibilities ;**
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Assist to make travel, accommodation and exhibition arrangements
- Analyze expenses, market trend, advertising, and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly marketing & office reports.
- Oversee the performance of staffs when require.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office related matters
- Assist during meetings and attend important meeting when require.
- Conduct and assist marketing related matters with marketing team.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.

**Requirements and skills ;**
- Bachelor or Diploma holder.
- Must have at least 3 years or more relevant working experience.
- Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- Confident in client facing ability.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
