Job Descriptions:

  • Assist the company secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties and administrative matters.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating of statutory books and records of clients on timely basis to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 201
  • Assist in incorporation of new companies, preparation of statutory forms, annual return using MBRS tools, MyCoID online platform, resolutions, minutes and other corporate secretarial documents and ensure proper filing system.
  • Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns and forms with SSM and all compliance deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.
  • Ensure prompt response and delivery of assignments to clients.
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure clients' compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- 獨立處理客戶事務。
- 協助及時維護和更新客戶的法定帳簿和記錄,以確保遵守2016 年公司法。
- 協助成立新公司、準備法定表格、使用MBRS 工具、MyCoID 線上平台、決議、會議記錄和其他公司秘書文件的年度申報表。
- 確保向SSM提供正確、及時地提交法定申報表和表格,並遵守所有合規期限。
- 處理公司秘書事務與客戶、SSM 和所有其他相關機構聯絡。
- 確保及時回應並向客戶交付任務。
