Position**:Admin Assistant to GCOO's Office**
Salary**:From RM 1,800 per month**
Working Hours**:8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday - Friday)**
Location**:Subang Jaya**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Compile data and present (including Work Done) for monthly Group Management Meeting presentation.
3. Assist with Operational Control processes (including but not limited to SOPs, Business Continuity, and Project Control)
4. Assist with data-collection for Forecasting and Budgeting.
5. Follow-up on departmental and branch deliverables.
6. Key - in data in registries.
7. Setup meetings (physical and/or online)
8. Administration of meeting minutes.
9. Execute HSE & HPC deliverables.
10. Maintain schedule for GCOO.
11. Executing any other instructions from GCOO, GCEO, and Group Chairman.
**Accountabilities**:
1. Managing SOP coordination.
2. Administration of Operational Control Processes.
3. Maintaining registries and documentation.
4. Producing and maintaining Minutes of Meeting for Management activities.
5. Document and letter drafting, and records.
**Skills and Qualities**:
1. Ability to communicate and interact at all levels within and outside the organization.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills (Bahasa Melayu and English)
3. Strong organisational skills.
4. High degree of initiave.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
