**Job Qualification**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, Supply Chain Business Administration, or any related field.
- Min. 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Having purchased or procurement experience, especially trading goods is highly preferred.

**Job Requirements**:

- Obtain quotations for all the departments.
- Negotiate quotations received when necessary.
- Prepare local & overseas purchase orders for all approved requisitions.
- Monitor & follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
- Carry out the tendering process & tender negotiation meetings with sub-contractors.
- Notify the sales department of new material prices.
- Arrange subcontractors to repair breakdown machinery/equipment or collect components for fabrication.
- Prepare/update price book for sales department & branches.
- Follow up & prepare the branch office rental agreement.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price and reliability
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and inventory levels
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
- Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential supplier and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities
- Manage cost of total purchase including freight and forwarding charges
- Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers and suppliers’ conditions
- Conduct supplier evaluation from to time
- Support new product development inclusive component sourcing, quotation, cost analysis, initial material planning, part qualification and inventory arrangement.
- Review and negotiate quotation, analysis cost structure and other term and conditions.
- Ad-hoc assignment as assigned from Superior from time to time

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
