1. Responsible for office cleanliness, including vacuuming, cleaning and wiping down all office area furniture, staff workplace, pantry, washrooms and etc. 2. Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office environment and surrounding. 3. Upkeep of the pantry and common dining area especially after staff meals. 4. Maintain general neatness of office &classrooms, clear dustbins and vacuum carpet floors. 5. Ad hoc cleaning of other areas as and when requested. 6. Maintain and upkeep the office plants. 7. Disposal of waste bins and rubbish on daily basis. 8. Report of any malfunctioning equipment or items in office areas. 9. Prepare and serve drinks / beverages to management, visitors. 10. Tea lady duties which include for meetings attendees and higher management and serving plus clearing up after meals for higher management and any office gatherings that includes refreshments. 11. To accept any task as provided by superior and management from time to time.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
