Human Resources Assistant

Your day-to-day revolves around:
- Provide administrative support on HR and Admin functions (prepare access card, parking card)
- Employee timesheet management, in terms of reporting & system
- Manage systematic filing system and safekeeping of office’ private and confidential documents - job files, vendor files, letters etc
- Office management entails ordering stationery, keeping inventory of office/pantry supplies, and replenishment
- Supervise cleaners and cleanliness of the office
- Coordinate and participate in facilities maintenance and minor renovation work as and when necessary
- Support company employee engagements & events such as townhall, sports club, festive initiatives
- Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Min SPM holder or equivalent high school certification
- Have experience in office management, facilities or HR admin
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality to endorse employee engagements
**About Us**
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
