- 領導與供應鏈管理和庫存管理相關的D365FO模組的分析、設計、實施、配置和支援。
- 與跨職能團隊合作，收集業務需求，將其轉化為技術規範，並相應地配置系統。
- 對系統變更和增強進行徹底測試，以確保準確性、可靠性和最佳效能。
- 提供 SCM 和庫存流程的主題專業知識，提供指導和最佳實踐，以提高效率並與行業標準保持一致。
- 與開發人員、解決方案架構師和專案經理合作，確保專案成功交付並與區域業務目標保持一致。
- 排查並解決與 D365FO SCM 和庫存模組相關的複雜問題，與來自不同國家的最終用戶密切合作，提供有效的解決方案。
- 維護應用程式設計和流程、現狀和未來業務流程、功能設計、系統測試、監控和追蹤問題及其解決狀態的最新文件集。
- 隨時了解 D365FO SCM 和庫存管理的行業趨勢、Microsoft 更新和最佳實踐，並提出系統改進建議。
- 領導使用者培訓課程、研討會和文件創建，以確保最終使用者能夠熟練使用 ERP 系統的 SCM 和庫存相關模組。
- 利用資料遷移工具和腳本提取、轉換資料並將其載入到 D365FO 中，遵守既定的資料映射規則。
- 監控資料遷移過程並解決遷移過程中出現的任何問題或差異。
- 與功能分析師合作，確保遷移後的資料驗證和協調，解決任何資料完整性問題。
- 開發和維護資料遷移過程、程序和驗證步驟的文件。
- 為新法律實體中的資料相關活動的最終使用者提供培訓和指導。
- 參與第三方整合和擴展的評估，以增強系統的功能

D365FO系統。

**教育/資格/經驗**
- 資訊科技、電腦科學或相關領域的學士學位。
- 擁有 Microsoft Dynamics 365（財務與營運）相關認證者優先。
- 至少 3 年 ERP 系統分析、配置和支援經驗，重點關注 Microsoft Dynamics AX 或 Dynamic 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO)。
- 具備食品飲料或零售業的行業知識者優先。
- 在實施和配置與供應鏈管理和庫存管理模組相關的 D365FO 模組方面擁有經過驗證的專業知識。
- 深入了解 SCM 和庫存成本會計最佳實務及其與 ERP 系統的一致性。
- 擁有與跨職能團隊合作並有效地將業務需求轉化為技術解決方案的經驗。
- 建立新法人實體、資料遷移、進行 UAT 和使用者訓練的經驗。
- 使用資料管理模組執行資料遷移的經驗。

**所需知識、技能和能力**
- 深入了解 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations 或 Dynamics AX ERP 產品，在財務、供應鏈或零售/商業等功能知識方面擁有紮實的技能。
- 較強的分析和解決問題的能力，能夠排除和解決複雜的技術問題。

- 精通 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO)，專注於 SCM 和庫存管理模組。
