As a Cloud and Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our Japanese-speaking clients utilizing our cloud computing services. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to cloud computing services, including infrastructure issues, network configurations, and software compatibility.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and follow up on resolutions in a timely manner.
- Providing clear and concise instructions to clients on how to utilize and optimize cloud services based on their specific needs.
- Documenting support tickets, client interactions, and technical solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Contributing to the improvement of support processes and procedures to enhance overall service quality.

【Qualifications】:

- Native Japanese speaker with fluent proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in technical support or customer service within the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) is a plus.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
