About MI Team
The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in advertisements and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue while safeguarding our brand safety and user/advertiser experiences.

1. Analyze risk cases thoroughly, identifying key risk characteristics and attributes. Promptly incorporate relevant risk materials such as words, images, or videos into the auto moderation platform.
2. Manage the risk material repository for auto moderation, ensuring it's efficiency and operational capability. Monitor the effectiveness of the material package by analyzing performance data and adhering relevant policies. Implement improvements to enhance risk detection accuracy.
3. Enhance operational efficiency of auto moderation through platform optimization and utilization of platform tools. Ensure timely interception of risk materials to mitigate potential harm. Conducting complex analysis and translating the results into recommendations.
4. Develop operational processes and plans for the auto moderation workflow. Align with business requirements and risk control methodologies. Establish a comprehensive framework for the operation and maintenance of the auto moderation review platform.
5. Fostering collaboration and influence across internal and external teams, including different regions.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, computing, or any analytics majors.
2. English as the primary working language, and additionally literacy and fluent speakers of the language mentioned is/are required to moderate identify key risk characteristics and attributes in the language mentioned.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 1 to 2 years of operational experience, preferably in technical operations, trust & safety, consulting, business analytics, or intelligence research environment
2. Experience with MS Office skills, dashboard exposure is preferred
3. 4. Able to adapt quickly to situations with strong analytical ability to make decisions.
