**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Assistance**:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation related to various projects and activities.
- Ensure documents are filed accurately and efficiently for easy retrieval.
- **Government Grants Registration**:
- Collaborate with the team to research and identify relevant government grants and funding opportunities.
- Assist in the registration process for grants, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
- **Letter Production**:
- Draft and format letters, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity before finalization.
- **Communication with Government Agencies**:
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government agencies.
- Initiate and answer phone calls to government agencies to seek clarification on procedures, regulations, or other relevant matters.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM900.00 per month
