**The role**:
As a We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our high performing team in Center of Excellence (COE) in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborating with business leaders and managers to understand their department's objectives and align HR strategies to support overall business goals.
- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: Identifying talent needs, participating in recruitment activities, and ensuring the organization has the right workforce to meet its current and future demands.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices align with employment laws and company standards.
- Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
- HR Projects: Leading or participating in HR-related projects and programs to enhance HR processes and overall organizational performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with more than 2 years in Shared Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building effective relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR teams.
