Human Resources Mgmt 3
**Responsibilities**
- Develops, updates, implements and administers compensation and benefits (C&B) related policies and programs, which comply with Employment Act 1955 and Responsible Business Alliance code of conducts.
- Carry out industrial surveys, generate accurate and meaningful reports for review to ensure the compensation and benefits stay competitive in the industry market.
- Leading the C&B team in governing the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure all data maintained are accurate to generate accurate reports, processing data for the Corporate Finance department for monthly payroll and employee personal file management.
- Reviews employee classifications to ensure appropriate job grade and job level categorization.
- Reviews and administers employee salary adjustment or promotion within internal and external equity. Works with functional manager on employee career progression.
- Carry out the yearly employee performance appraisal exercise.
- Carry out increment surveys, work with HR Manager on merit increment budget and proposal. Manage and complete the merit increment exercise on time and on budget.
- Administers the Bonus and Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) payouts.
- Prepare reports as and when required by management and auditors.
- Manage employee medical cost and insurance cost. Review and prepare yearly group insurance renewal proposal.
- To deliver high HR service standards with high accuracy when dealing with all parties, as a strategic partner to other stakeholders.
- To receive instruction from the HR Manager from time to time to accomplish any other task and other job functions as deemed necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent related working experience.
- 8-9 years Human Resources Management experience in the manufacturing industry. Possesses thorough understanding of Industry Compensation & Benefits Administrative Procedures and Practices. Possesses strong project management aptitude and experience.
- Knowledge of government legislation relevant to Malaysia employment such as Employment Act 1955, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security (SOCSO).
- Preferably with the knowledge and experience in using the flexHRMS software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and do presentations.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
