Assistant Accounts Manager

Job description
Full spectrum of Accounting activities including full set of accounts and reporting to HQ Office. ・ Analyse variance relating to expenses (actual vs budget) ・ Analyse monthly P&L and prepare reports for explanation to Management for exception items. ・ Ensure accounting policies and procedures and statutory requirements are adhered. ・. Office Administration ・Ensure compliance and adherence to the local regulations and company's policies, procedures and standards. ・Regularly keeping up to date of changes to local regulations and make proposal/adjustment for compliance. ・Execute the implementation of procedural and policy changes as imposed by company. ・Review & streamline office administrative work process & its cost-effectiveness. ・Involved in the contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease. ・
- Involved in SST and Accounts Receivables,
Carry out project implementation or improve works being assigned by immediate superior
**Required work experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of accounts working experiences -Degree in Accounting or professional qualification -Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, PP, SAP System -Able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet deadlines -Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible and able to communicate well. -Good time management -Willing to work as a team
Able to speak Chinese preferable
