Assistant Manager, Key Account

**Major Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
Responsible for sales promotion planning, implementation & analysis, demand forecast, business reviews, customer growth strategy sell-in and execution, trading terms negotiation and in-store execution.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Customer management _
- To actively involved in trade negotiations and sales operations of key accounts.
- To build and maintain strong rapport with key account at HQ and store level.
- Conduct reviews on sales performance and promotion effectiveness with respective key account customer and propose solution to resolve their issues.
- Sales planning_
- Develop, negotiate and sign off trading term with key account.
- Develop, plan and execute short to mid-term sales strategies for the key customer groups to achieve targeted sales and distribution objectives within budgeted spend for each account.
- Work closely with the marketing team on category analysis and account performance in all areas including sales, profit, shelf management and promotional effectiveness.
- Provide quality inputs to marketing initiatives and assist in formulation of strategic sales opportunities.
- Projecting sales forecast for respective key accounts and work towards achieving sales budget.
- Review and manage inventory level to ensure it is within an acceptable stock holding levels.
- Review aging and collection status to minimize dispute and late payments, ensure all outstanding AR are collected.
- Responsible of opening new account and listing of products.
- Monitor trade returns - execute promotion to clear high stocks and near expiry.
- Assist Sales Manager to compile information from team mates and coordinate key account related matters.
- Field management_
- Work closely with Sales Operation Team (Sales Rep & Sales Executive) to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure execution issues and challenges are addressed timely without comprising speed to market.
- Collects market information by carrying out regular market visit.
**Qualifications/Experience**
- At least 2 years of working experience in Field Sales roles and 3 years in Key Account roles.
- At least 5 years of working exposure in FMCG industry in Supermarket / Hypermarket / Minimarket / CVS channel.
**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
