Job Description

**Department**: Sales and Marketing Development

**Location**: Damansara Uptown

**Reports to**: Chief Marketing Officer

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term business relationships. This role requires exceptional sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics. The Key Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services, while consistently exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Develop and implement strategic account plans**:
Identify key client accounts and develop comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets.
Understand client objectives, challenges, and market trends to tailor account strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.

**2.Build and maintain strong client relationships**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, anticipating and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.

**3.Drive sales growth and revenue generation**:
Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Develop and execute sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

**4.Collaborate with internal teams**:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing plans and campaigns to support key accounts.
Coordinate with product development and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
Provide regular feedback to internal teams regarding customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.

**5.Monitor and analyze market trends**:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new potential clients and industry trends.

**6.Ensure effective communication and reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, account status, and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry
dynamics.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferable Mandarin Speaker.
Preferable experienced in supplement related company.
