**Job Summary**

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business expansion. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of logistics operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture key accounts in the logistics sector, serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized logistics solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify business growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable business relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management within the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
