Admin
1. Handling incoming calls including taking relevant messages, sorting of daily in-coming and outgoing correspondences and attend to walk-in visitors.
2. To co-ordinate all incoming or outgoing mails, dispatching and courier documents.
3. To maintain proper filling and record system
4. Coordinates refreshment/catering for meetings and events
5. To keep the office tidy and assist for any maintenance requests
6. Responsible for the travel arrangements such as flights booking, accommodation and car rental
7. Keep track and monitor all agreements and licenses records to ensure in time renewal e.g. tenancy agreements, company insurances, photocopy machine, certificate for business licenses, etc.
8. Monitoring and arranging renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax, service and maintenance and traffic summons.
9. Scheduling and setting up of meeting rooms
10. Liaise with building management, courier companies, contractors, food caterer etc. whenever needed for office maintenance and administrative requirements
11. Responsible for maintaining the Asset List of all employees to ensure that all company assets are registered accordingly prior to providing to the employees such as company’s car, laptop, etc.
12. Manage and keep track of monthly all admin related invoices/bills bill payments of company utilities, courier services, and all other suppliers and maintenance and ensure that all items are paid on time
13. To purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, beverages and stationeries other necessary supplies regularly
14. To perform any other administrative any other administrative function and duties which may be assigned from time to time
HR
1. To monitor staff attendance, i.e. punctuality, and update leave record etc.
2. To prepare memo
3. To assist in staff claim
4. To arrange interview session

**Qualification and Experience**:
1. Diploma in business studies/human resources/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

**Skill Set Requirement**:
1. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia

**2. Required skill(s)**: MS Office/MS Excel/MS Power Point
3. Able to work independently under mínimal supervision and multitask.
