**Job Title : HR Executive - Compensation & Benefits**

Location : Shah Alam

Job Summary:
The Compensation & Benefits Executive will be responsible for overseeing and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role requires a thorough understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Compensation Management**:
1.1 Administer and manage employee compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company policies.

1.2 Conduct regular market surveys to analyse and benchmark compensation packages.

2. **Benefits Administration**:
2.1 Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

2.2 Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

3. **Compliance**:
3.1 Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

3.2 Assist in the preparation of documents for external audits related to compensation and benefits.

4. **Data Management**:
4.1 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.

4.2 Generate reports and analytics on compensation trends and expenses.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
