**Our client**

Founded a decade ago in Singapore, our client is renowned for its strategic investments in both early and late-stage companies, influencing diverse sectors globally. They provide a dynamic environment conducive to growth for ambitious professionals. As they expand into Malaysia, they seek talented individuals with 2-3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or private equity/venture capital to join their innovative Future Leaders Programme. Here, you’ll craft investment strategies that shape the financial landscape and drive significant growth.

**What’s the role?**
The Future Leaders Program is a two-year initiative designed to provide extensive exposure to senior management, quickly equipping you to become a leader. It's fast-paced and challenging, but you will receive close coaching and mentoring. The program is divided into three main stages:

- **Investment Strategy and Analysis**: Deep dive into investment analysis, enhance our investment strategies, and stay engaged with ongoing investor communications.
- **Operations**: Take charge of fund setup and daily financial operations, ensuring smooth investor onboarding and efficient asset distribution.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Spearhead compliance efforts, manage KYC processes, and fortify our risk management frameworks.

This robust program offers you crucial exposure to senior management and hands-on operational experience, setting the stage for significant personal and professional growth. Post-program, you will be poised to accelerate in your career, potentially taking on roles across various strategic investment and financial sectors within our organization.

**What you need?**
- Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum second-class upper division or CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have at least two years of experience in banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a related field, demonstrating strong business acumen and a profound passion for investments.
- Be ambitious about becoming a future leader, utilizing a global perspective acquired through international experiences such as studying abroad or working overseas.
- Show a strong passion and enthusiasm for driving excellent business outcomes.
- Exhibit proactive and collaborative skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commit to executing initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Must be highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
