As a Fundraising & Partnerships Associate, you will be reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Partnerships and you will provide crucial support in contributing to the success of our fundraising efforts and partnership initiatives.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Job functions may include and not limited to:_

**_ Fundraising Support:_**
- _ Assist in planning, devising strategies, and leading inter-company efforts to meet fundraising targets._
- _ Aid in converting generated leads into funders for Epic’s projects and operational needs._
- _ Support in managing all activities relevant to converting leads into successful funders, including securing meetings, sending relevant fundraising material, pitching, negotiating, and signing on interested organizations._
- _ Assist in recruiting, equipping, and managing public individuals to start and run fundraising campaigns._
- _ Support in the recruitment, processing, and remuneration of relevant referral and affiliate programs to boost lead generation._

**_ Client Satisfaction and Retention:_**
- _ Communicate with clients to understand their needs and represent them internally to relevant departments._
- _ Ensure a satisfactory experience from first engagement to project conclusion._
- _ Aid in keeping clients continuously engaged post-project, upselling new opportunities, and encouraging reengagement with Epic._

**_ Partners Relationship Management:_**
- _ Assist in building and managing the community of partners aligned with Epic's mission._
- _ Support in sourcing strategic sponsorships to fulfill needs, save costs, and elevate our profile._
- _ Assist in liaising with, building partnerships, and managing relationships with relevant government authorities._
- _ Help in managing the database of partners and sponsors, ensuring information is updated and easily accessible._

**_ Business Development Assistance:_**
- _ Aid in proposal and deck making for presentations with clients, funders, partners, or sponsors._
- _ Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new revenue streams._
- _ Support in developing relevant projections and analysis._

**_ Internal Operations and Coordination:_**
- _ Assist in developing and leading internal fundraising & partnerships operational capacity._
- _ Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and clarity._
- _ Assist in obtaining and managing resources required to carry out department scope._

**_ Ad-hoc Tasks:_**
- Assist with any other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the management _

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**
- Proficiency in digital and Google Workspace tools (Slides, Doc, Sheet, Meet), Slack, Zoom & Canva.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Creative ability to problem-solve.
- Knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations.
- Excellent time management and organisation.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Self-start and can-do attitude; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

**Experience**
- Ideally 2-3 years working experience, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in social enterprise is not required.
