**Reports To**:

- Head, Aviation Services Training

**Position Summary**:

- To ensure effective day-to-day operations of training delivery, and administrative function and ensure the training roster for trainers and trainees is effective and in compliance with the rules and regulations aligned with MAB Academy’s requirements.
- To support and provide administrative assistance to the respective work area(s) as required and manage the training setup for smooth functioning to enhance the overall productivity of the Academy

**Key Accountability**:

- To maintain high level of proficiency and skills amongst training participants and oversee trainees discipline at MAB Academy.
- To establish and maintain an effective and economical administrative system in the departments budget.
- To work independently and possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- To prepare training schedule with optimal duties and tasks of instructors monthly roster for internal and third-party training.
- To ensure optimization of resources and training capacity to cater for in-house and 3rd party customer requirements, facilitating manpower availability and movement, preparing, coordinating and organizing the training schedules
- Accountable for managing and maintaining all training documents including records, and ensuring accuracy, filing, and consistency for audit purposes.
- To provide relevant documents (including vendor matters) / quotations for MABA Admin personnel to raise purchase requisition (PR).
- To ensure that all training requests are recorded accordingly in the Training Master List
- Responsible for reviewing, updating, and/ or recommending procedures and processes in Training and other areas
- To carry out such other duties assigned by the Head, Aviation Services Training.
- To establish and develop appropriate quality management standards for training and audits to achieve training excellence in alignment with the companys vision & mission.
- To streamline administrative processes and workflows related to training operations. Implementing best practices and leveraging technology to improve training administration and tracking efficiency.
- To liaise with MAB Finance Partner and MABA Sales & Marketing Unit on Aviation Services Training monthly Revenue report.
- To update the status of training and ensure that all financial documents are aligned and in accordance with the Training Master List and Training Management System
- To verify expenses and claims and submit them for approval in a timely manner
- To ensure accurate CI/AI records for payments and allowances
- To disseminate and manage information to Interco and third-party promptly and effectively.
- Readiness to respond immediately with flexibility, and enthusiasm.
- To administer and manage assignments while performing scheduled QMS Quality Management System activities in meeting SIRIM ISO 9001 requirements.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Degree or its equivalent with at least three (3) years of related experience; or
- Diploma/ STPM or its equivalent with 10 years of experience; or
- SPM or its equivalent with 15 years of related experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the company

**Area of Experience**:

- Good knowledge of technical skills and understanding of system issues
- Knowledge of Operational requirements

**Personality Traits**:

- Good interpersonal/communications/listening skills, Independent, proactive, assertive, Industrious, and self-motivated
