Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management and oversight of the company’s MIS department, ensuring efficient and effective IT operations.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP and MES systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Write and maintain PL/SQL scripts for Oracle databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and MES systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the IT systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring high levels of availability and security.
- Participate in IT project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance the company’s IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience at least 8 years in managing ERP and MES systems.
- Strong proficiency in.NET, C#, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
