Designation: Customer Service Representative - English speaker
Location: Work from Home, office in Bukit Damansara
Operation Hours: 24/7 rotational shift

**Salary**: RM2,700 (total package): RM 2,400 (basic) + Monthly allowance: Shift (RM300)
Benefit: EPF/ Socso / Annual Leave / Medical Leave / Training provided
Term: 6 months contract (renewable); Retention bonus: RM1,200

Job Responsibilities:
5. Achieve and maintain all key quality and productivity metrics in the performance scorecard
6. To communicate and participate in team meetings, to share best practice and flag issue to the Team Leader.
7. Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Management Team.
8. Based upon volumetric demands there will be a requirement to support transactions during weekends.
9. Provide coaching and assistance as required to managers in testing locations under you remit
10. Identify and report issues causing complaints to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months in BPO Customer Service.
2. Fluent in English
3. Good communication skills
4. Comfortable to work in rotational shift

Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
