Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.
- Manage account payable and account receivables.
- Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processing
- Responsible to prepare and submit various payroll related reports
- Prepare monthly statutory documents - LHDN, SOSCO and KWSP, etc
- Manage staff attendance (update the online excel sheet, filing staff MC, approve staff leaves, etc.)
- Arrange for staff yearly performance review and update on the performance review results accordingly
- Preparation of new staff’s equipment: laptop purchasing, workstation
- Conduct orientation session for new joiners at their first day at work
- Register Income Tax for new staff and to register zakat for Muslim staffs
- Register medical insurance for confirmed staff and terminate medical insurance for resigned staff
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are executed and complied upon

Job Requirements:

- Preferably 3-4 years’ experience in admin or accounting or HR roles
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of basic recruitment process and
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player and able to build strong working/networking relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,793.00 - RM4,315.00 per month
