**OBJECTIVES**
- Deliver and grow the annual business sales targets.
- Aggressively pursue new businesses and market opportunities to achieve current FY target, including new business acquisition objectives.
- Develop and manage the implementation of market penetration plans.
- Responsible for leading and defining market and Customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify, define and develop new strategic initiatives to grow beyond existing services and partnerships.
- Use Nevigate CRM Tool to ensure accurate qualification and forecasting of account pipeline to meet annual revenue and margin goals.
- Provide feedback on market development, monitor progress against set plans and objectives, and update management on key information and competitive market dynamics.
- Responsible for account planning, forecasting, and market activity reporting.
- Build a trusted long-term relationship with customers and prospects with dedicated commitment.
- To assist on key tasks when required by Management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will be responsible for new Sales Acquisition and Account Management activities.
- Develop and acquire new customers for a new business acquisition target.
- Expand and grow sales revenue with existing customers.
- Develop executive-level relationships and sales engagement strategy with customers.
- Conduct presentations and training to different levels in a customer organization to achieve EMS (educating, marketing, and selling) of Nevigate's services portfolio.
- Manage and track in detail your sales engagement efforts, initiatives, and results.
- Actively search for opportunities to participate in bid management, and provide quoting responses to customers' requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Provide sales pipeline reporting and sales engagement analysis to follow up and devise winning strategies to achieve sales targets.
- To harmonize and work closely with internal teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

**EXPERIENCES**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of Sales and Account Management experience.
- Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of the ICT market will be an advantage.
- Ability to articulate the values and complexities of divergent networks and present the converged value prepositions of Nevigate to new prospects and new customers.
- Demonstrate ability to exceed revenue targets and to generate new businesses with new prospects and new customers.
- Extensive executive and operational level relationships with prospects/customers in the designated territory.
- Good knowledge of public and private networks.
- Possess creativity and is innovative in finding solutions towards the achievement of set objectives.
- Dynamic and has a positive attitude.
- Leadership skills and possess the ability of a good team player.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-driven individual with a proven record of meeting targets and set objectives.
- Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities accordingly.
- Good communicator with the ability to interact and a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
- Strong networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collate and interpret data from various sources to understand market conditions and market trends.
- Has a sense of ownership to see things through to completion.
- Ability to work under pressure and produce good quality work.
- Possess a mature attitude and can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- English proficiency is a must; a second or third language is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
