**Entity and activity description**
You'll be part of the APAC Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA COE) team getting the right people for our organisation to achieve the business goals. Our APAC TA COE is responsible for developing and implementing high impact talent, programmes, partnerships and initiatives that foster a culture where talent from all backgrounds experience a sense of connection, belonging and purpose.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team members to execute talent interventions aligned with Air Liquide’s TA COE people strategy and business objectives.
**Missions and Responsibilities**
- Talent Acquisition Operation
- Manage and prepare the LOA for new hires - Ensure HRBP signs LOA on timely manner
- Initiate and facilitate the pre-boarding & on-boarding process for new joiners and ensure new hires' documents are in place
- Support in HR projects e.g. Workday implementation, new hire account creation, system troubleshooting, campus event, etc.
- Monitor that CARM account creation is ok - Confirm with Hiring Manager if has ordered laptop via SNOW form
- Check with pre-hire that they have received notification and filled their personal information in myHR (including payroll information)
- Connect with Gauri and Hiring Manager about the workstation
- Physically welcome newcomers (if no manager or buddy partner on site) - which should be an exception
- Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Create and manage creative job advertisements across different platform or job boards for talent attraction
- Have a close eyes on details for job requisition information and status and ensure the data are well-maintained and updated on the tracker

**Competencies and Profile**
- Undergraduates / Postgraduates in any disciplines; HR, Business or Psychology will be nice to have.
- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people

- Meticulous and attention to details
- Great sense of ownership, high agility and result driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
