**Responsibilities**:
1) Responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements or Client Requirements.
2) Translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.
3) Prepare and update the Project’s Programs, comparison between actual and planned activities.
4) Provide advice and assistance to the Manager(s) and other personnel as required to meet program requirements.
5) Identify contract variations related to program changes and instigate documentation to the Consultant.
6) Ensure that the project has a program which satisfies the Consultant requirements, and which accurately reflects the current status and future intent for all project activities to ensure planned and orderly completion.
7) Update the program at regular intervals. But more frequently if necessary to reflect additions and changes to the progress of the work.
8) Provide advice to procurement department to coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
9) Develop, in coordination with the Construction Manager, the time schedule for the project civil works, based on the project time duration.
10) Prepare a work program, critical paths, and target milestones based on the time schedule.
11) Monitor milestones with work production on-site and advise the Project Manager.
12) Coordinate and provide solutions to the Project Manager regarding planning and control schedule.
13) Present catch-up plan and activities to recuperate lost progress due to delays.
14) Participate in internal project meetings with Project Managers, staff, and subcontractors raising weaknesses and delays in the time schedule.
15) Collect all Subcontractors’ Baseline Schedules, Manpower & Equipment plans, and incorporate them into the Contractor planning Schedule for monitoring.
16) Provide corrective action to subcontractors to attain planned results based on a baseline schedule.
17) Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:
1) Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical or equivalent.
2) 3-7 years’ experience in planning / scheduling with strong literacy in MS Project / Primavera software.
3) Solid communication and negotiation skills
4) Knowledge and experience in semiconductor factory construction sequence.
5) Technical awareness of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and process.
6) Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

7) Able to speak and read Mandarin

8) Can start on 15 April 2024

**Work arrangements**

6 days per week, 8AM to 5PM (Lunch break 12PM to 1:30PM)

Only travel by request from management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,600.00 - RM8,300.00 per month
