Job Description: You will be responsible in ensuring continual sales and marketing growth in the assigned region by: Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor’s share, and competitors’ strengths and weakness, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share; Generate new business or customers and expand market penetration and increase market share. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Able to lead and motivate sales team in achieving Company’s sales target and KPIs. Proactively manage and motivate team to drive optimum individual and team performance; Overseeing and monitoring monthly promoter’s sales report; Make periodic visit and ensure all outlets are running smoothly in day to day operations in compliance with company policies, procedures and standards; To ensure excellent standard of sales outlets in terms of presentation, display, maintenance, and customer services; Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential; Managing staff, building trust, valuing others, communicate effectively, drive execution and collaborate with others; Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments; Overseeing and manage Central region to meet sales goals. Perform any others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management, Preferably Manager specialized in Consumer Product Sales

It has always been our purpose to locate in the vicinity to get closer with our existing and new customers in order to understand their needs. Thus, we are able to provide quick responses and improve the interactions between customers and us. The differences of having own boutiques differing with other hypermarket retail outlets are FIFFY boutiques stocks with more varieties of the product on the shelves. Besides expanding locally, FIFFY brand and its products have gain momentum overseas starting with Malaysia's neighbouring countries where FIFFY has entered Singapore market participating a few exhibitions and the response has been well received. FIFFY will continue to adventure and explore other ASEAN countries as well and ultimately worldwide. In addition, in order to ensure sustainable growth of the company and to serve wider customers range, FIFFY is following the current popularity of global trend of eCommerce.
