Responsible in oversees and manages the online sales and marketing activities of the e-commerce business. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience of the e-commerce market place.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue across all marketplaces.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Set the target for sales, drive traffic and conversion rate forecast during campaign and BAU period, set clear e-communication KPI
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
