We are looking for talented individuals to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 6 month contract position based in Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:

- In order to perform successfully, you need to be an excellent communicator who is persuasive and has great interpersonal skills, highly analytical and detail-oriented team player juggling many tasks at once. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be a part of the Global HR4HR team. We propose teamwork, collaboration and knowledge sharing as our fundamental ways of working around here.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above; a focus in Human Resources, Management, or Business is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working in HR, preferably in a talent acquisition supporting function.
- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English to support the APAC market
- Strong technical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office and fast learning agility with other online tools and platforms.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
