Fleet Aftersales Assistant

Puchong, Malaysia Ingress Motors Centre Sdn Bhd Full time

a) Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports / documents / invoices.

b) May enter data into computer system / DMS / VSS.

c) Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness.

d) Types forms, memo, correspondence and other copy material.

e) Overseeing and helping out with minor operation / manpower issues by liaising with Service Managers.

f) Overseeing and helping out with minor inventory issues by liaising with Parts Advisors.

g) Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.

h) Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from Head of Aftersales / Dealer Principal.

i) Performs related job duties as required.

Qualifications Minimum Diploma in any field.

Skills/Requirements

a) Possess good written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and/or other languages

b) Competency with computers and good in Microsoft Excel

c) Good communication and interpersonal skills, organisational and administrative skills.

d) Preferably age 35 and below, honest, responsible, hardworking and brand passion

Training / Work Experience / Practical Experience

a) Completion of an administrative course may be advantageous.

b) A minimum of 1 year office experience or in automotive company may be preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
