**Job Overview**

We seek a creative and detail-oriented service delivery manager to join our business operations department at MSAR. As a service delivery manager, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery to meet project delivery timeline agreed during kick off. The roles starts upon service order sign off until work completion acceptance form signed by customer.

**High Level Job Requirement**:

- Building acceptance criteria for the delivery.
- Developing and implementing service strategies to enhance customer experience and meet service objectives.
- Monitoring project progress and provide periodic update.
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, demonstrating good problem-solving skills and resolving conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
- Fostering a customer-centric culture within the service team, emphasising empathy, professionalism and effective problem-solving.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Details of job responsibilities is not limited to:

- Supervise the provision of service to client to fulfil set standards and target completion.
- With internal parties, make a unified arrangement that maintains high service effectiveness and delivery standards.
- Adopt and execute delivery service delivery processes and methods to provide clients with the highest satisfaction possible.
- Develop and present reports on service delivery performance, difficulties, and suggestions to the key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
- Proven skill at documentation preparation and review
- Strong project management, time management, stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent urgency and priority setting
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge about Fiber, Civil Work, Direct Internet Access, Bandwidth
- Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or Six Sigma.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Office Location: Menara UOA Bangsar, KL

Start Date: Urgent Hiring
